By accessing the site, purchasing a membership, or joining the Discord, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Risk Disclosure, and the Earnings Disclaimer below. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
Prophecy is an educational trading-mentorship membership delivered through a private Discord community (CFD, Futures, and Combined tiers). It teaches a process — setups, risk, and execution. It is not financial, investment, or trading advice, not a personal recommendation, and not a signals or copy-trading service. You make your own decisions.
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. The service is for educational use only and is not directed at anyone in a jurisdiction where it would be unlawful.
Memberships are sold as recurring subscriptions processed by Stripe in GBP. By subscribing you authorise Prophecy (via Stripe) to charge your payment method automatically each billing period (monthly, or the multi-month term you chose) at the price shown at checkout, until you cancel. We may change pricing for future periods with reasonable notice.
You can cancel anytime — your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again. We don't provide partial refunds for unused time within a period.
Membership grants immediate access to digital content and a private community. By purchasing you request immediate access and acknowledge that, to the extent permitted by law, you lose any statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once access has been granted. Beyond this, fees are non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion.
If you have a billing issue, contact us first at officialprophecytrading@gmail.com and allow us at least fourteen (14) days to resolve it. Initiating a chargeback for a charge you authorised, without first contacting us, is a breach of these Terms; we reserve the right to revoke access and recover the amount owed together with any dispute fees.
Where you purchase call time (e.g. the Call Upgrade add-on), a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours' notice is required to reschedule a booked call. No-shows, or cancellations inside 48 hours, are treated as completed calls and are not refunded, re-credited, or rolled over.
Access is personal and non-transferable. You may not share, record, redistribute, or resell any materials or community content, share your login/role, or behave abusively toward members or staff. Breach may result in removal without refund.
All materials, content, and the Prophecy name and branding are owned by us and licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only.
Access and payment rely on third parties (e.g. Discord, Stripe). Your use of those is also governed by their own terms; we're not responsible for their availability or actions.
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. The Risk Disclosure and Earnings Disclaimer below form part of these Terms. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prophecy is not liable for any trading losses or for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
We may suspend or end your access for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time by cancelling.
We may update these Terms; the "last updated" date shows the latest version, and continued use means acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and disputes are subject to its courts.
This explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights under the UK/EU GDPR. The data controller is Prophecy Trading (details above).

We do not sell your data. Where a provider is outside the EU/EEA, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses).
We keep account data while you're a member and for a reasonable period after. Financial records are kept as required by Dutch law (tax records typically 7 years).
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your data, and object to or withdraw consent for processing. Email officialprophecytrading@gmail.com; we respond within one month. You may also complain to the Dutch DPA (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Essential cookies keep the site working. Analytics/advertising cookies load only with your consent, which you can decline or withdraw at any time.
Trading carries a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone.
Trading forex, CFDs, and futures is highly speculative and leveraged. Leverage works both ways — it can amplify gains and losses, and you can lose more than your initial deposit. Markets can move sharply and unpredictably.
Where evaluations or "funded" accounts are involved, fees, rules, drawdown limits, and payout conditions are set by the relevant prop firm, not by Prophecy, and simulated/demo results do not guarantee live results.
Nothing provided by Prophecy is financial, investment, or tax advice. Education is not a substitute for your own due diligence. Consider your circumstances and seek independent, licensed advice before trading, and only risk capital you can afford to lose.
Any results, payouts, screenshots, or figures shown on this site or in the community are individual outcomes and are not typical. They are not a promise or guarantee that you will achieve the same or any result.
Past performance is not indicative of future results. Trading outcomes depend on many factors outside our control — your skill, discipline, risk management, capital, effort, and market conditions. Most people who attempt trading do not become consistently profitable.
